	That stance has at least one business owner fuming because he thinks the town, not the private business, will be on the hook if an accident happens. ]]></content>

After noting the 2008 average middle school teacher in Harwich earned $49,700, and high school teachers earned $51,700, you suggest Cape teachers voluntarily give back legally negotiated 1 or 2 percent pay increases. Shamefully, you also smirked about their 10-month job, and weekly vacations every three or four months. ]]></content>
