I have decided that in fairness to my readers and others to reopen this blog for a few hours today. Some of you may have read some information on Gary Lopez's blog about a Centerville resident who is alleged to be the owner of this blog. For the record this is simply not true, just because I use TJ as my author name it is believed that I am this man who lives in Centerville. However the above is not the sole reason I am ceasing this blog despite that fact I know I have done nothing wrong. So...

I am writing this post in direct response to a comment about this blog that was left on Gary Lopez's capecog blog last night. The comment was written a man named Rob Anderson and was a theory about this blog, another blog and Janet Joakim. I watched last night's meeting of The Charter Commission and found myself amazed by the lack of cohesion within the commission. The entire agenda for last night's meeting was the executive branch of our town government. Commissioner Greg Milne was given a wide open opportunity last night to tout the virtues of a mayor of Barnstable. The Charter Commission meets tonight at 7:00 pm at Town Hall and the meeting should be interesting in light of the last meeting. Late last night Gary Lopez put up a post on his blog that contained an accusation of election fraud against Barnstable Town Clerk Linda Hutchenrider. Gary was angered because the recall election of Janet Joakim was not mentioned in the latest edition of the official Barnstable Town Hall newsletter. Yesterday I wrote a lengthy post concerning the cost of the upcoming recall election in Barnstable' precinct 6. This morning a reader from Osterville left an equally lengthy comment in response. Yesterday I wrote a post about the vote by The Barnstable Town Council to set the recall election for Council President Janet Joakim.
